Procedures of Colloquiums' Registration

Complete the colloquium application forms. (Make sure you have filed in your PERSILA membership reference number).
2. Summit all colloquium forms and 4 copies of presentation proposal to Mdm. Rohartina binti Razali (Support Staf) before or on the due date.
3. All presentation will be accepted on the first come first serve basis until maximum number is reached.
